I temporarily adjusted policies due to winter weather conditions: Both the client and myself must be able to travel safely to the salon for an appointment to take place. If either party feels it is unsafe or too risky to drive, the appointment will be rescheduled. If school delays are in effect, I will follow the same delay schedule. If schools are closed, I will reach out to see what is best for both parties. Thank you! Booking Policies & Appointment Info Saturdays: Washes are not included with Saturday appointments. Saturday appointments are held at a different location — the address will be provided prior to your appointment. No additional guests allowed on Saturdays. Sundays: Sunday appointments are available by approval only via email or text. A $75 additional fee applies to all Sunday bookings. No additional guests allowed on Sundays. Guests & Children: You may bring 1 guest to weekday appointments. No children under 3 are permitted in the studio or at Saturday/Sunday appointments. Late Policy: If you’re running 10 minutes late, please notify me. At 20 minutes, a $25 late fee will be applied. At 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled. Cancellation Policy
Prior to confirming your appointment, please be aware of my 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged 50% of the service cost. Same-day cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost and may result in being banned from future bookings, depending on the circumstances. Failure to provide notice and not showing up for an appointment will require payment of 100% of the service cost and may also lead to being banned from future bookings, depending on the circumstances.
