Unlike traditional salons, I provide a one-on-one experience, allowing you to relax, unwind, and receive my full attention from beginning to end. My goal is for every client to leave feeling confident, beautiful, and cared for in a peaceful, professional environment. Appointment Experience: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I do not double-book clients unless it’s a holiday. This is your time to relax. Every service is performed with precision, patience, and attention to detail. I will never rush your appointment. Every appointment is completed within the allotted booking time while ensuring you receive the highest quality results possible. Hair Policy: Client may purchase from me or provide virgin or raw bundles only! Must send in pictures prior to appointment to verify quality. Guests & Children: To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the studio: One (1) guest is welcome during weekday appointments only. No additional guests are permitted during Saturday or Sunday appointments. Children under the age of 3 are not permitted in the salon. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and may not be left unattended in the salon. Saturday Appointments: Hair washes are not included with Saturday appointments. No additional guests are permitted. Sunday Appointments: Sunday appointments are available by approval only via text or email. A $75 Sunday convenience fee will be added to all Sunday appointments. No additional guests are permitted. Weather Policy: Your safety and mine are always the priority. Appointments will only take place if both parties can safely travel. If either party feels it is unsafe to drive, the appointment will be rescheduled. If local schools are operating on a delay, I will follow the same delayed schedule. If schools are closed due to weather, I will contact you to determine the best option for your appointment. Late Policy: Please respect your reserved appointment time. If you are running up to 10 minutes late, please notify me. At 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your service. At 20 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled and may require a new deposit to rebook. Booking Requirements: All booking forms must be completed before your appointment. Failure to complete required forms may result in your appointment being delayed or canceled. Please arrive on time, respect the space, and understand that every appointment is scheduled to give you the attention and care you deserve. Cancellation Policy
Prior to confirming your appointment, please be aware of my 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged 50% of the service cost. Same-day cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost and may result in being banned from future bookings, depending on the circumstances. Failure to provide notice and not showing up for an appointment will require payment of 100% of the service cost and may also lead to being banned from future bookings, depending on the circumstances.
